| Online Courses Available! The Online DIP program is a two-part course: instruction and evaluation. The instruction portion may be completed online at your convenience by accessing the link below. Upon completing the online portion, you must contact us in order to schedule a time to complete the evaluation portion, which consists of a multiple choice test. Testing is offered at our Cumberland, Frederick, and Hagerstown locations by appointment on the 2nd and last Saturday of every month and also by appointment Monday-Friday.
