Driving Appointments
**Please read the following before submitting your in-car sign up:**
-**Each student will have 1 year from the course start date to complete all class days and driving appointments to receive credit for the program. At the end of one year, your file will be closed.**
**Please do not schedule your skills test at the MVA before scheduling your In-Car lessons. We cannot guarantee completion will be posted to the MVA website in time for your skills test.**
-Students must have learner's permit to schedule driving appointments
-We will not process in-car sign ups until the classroom portion of the program is complete.
-You must submit the Bill of Rights/Permission Slip, and your quiz answer sheet, if applicable, before submitting this form. Your in-car sign up will not be distributed until we have your complete classroom file.
-For any students April-July of 2020, please submit your quiz answer sheet to alleganyds@outlook.com.
-The Bill of Rights/Permission Slip can be found here. It must be e-signed by the student and a parent/guardian.
-If you are unsure if you have submitted everything please contact our office at 301-766-0087 and we will be happy to check for you.
